One Account Per Player
Each player may hold only one registered account at uuok11. Operating multiple accounts — including accounts held under different names or phone numbers — is a material breach of these Terms & Conditions and will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of balances.
Deposits, Withdrawals & BDT Wallet
All transactions on uuok11 are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) via approved payment methods including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. Players are responsible for ensuring that all payment information submitted is accurate and belongs to them.
Bonuses & Promotional Terms
All bonuses, free spins, and promotional credits issued by uuok11 are subject to individual wagering requirements and validity periods specified at the time of issue. uuok11 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion without prior notice.
Account Security & Responsibility

Termination & Restricted Activities

These Terms & Conditions are written in English. In the event of any discrepancy between an English version and any translated version that may be made available for convenience, the English version shall prevail in all respects.
Age Restriction: The uuok11 Platform is strictly for individuals aged 18 years and above. It is a criminal offence in many jurisdictions to allow minors to participate in gambling activities. uuok11 operates a zero-tolerance policy on underage gambling.

uuok11 reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility — including government-issued identification, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership — at any time and without providing advance notice. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe specified by uuok11 may result in account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals pending verification.
Where uuok11 has reasonable grounds to believe that a Player is under the age of 18, the Platform will suspend the account immediately, withhold all associated funds pending investigation, and report the matter to relevant authorities where required by applicable law.
To access the full range of features on the uuok11 Platform — including deposits, withdrawals, wagering, and promotional offers — Players must complete the account registration process. Registration requires the submission of accurate, current, and complete personal information including, but not limited to, full legal name, date of birth, email address, and contact number.
Each individual is permitted to hold only one registered account on the uuok11 Platform. The operation of multiple accounts, whether under the same or different personal details, is strictly prohibited. Where uuok11 identifies duplicate accounts, it reserves the right to close all associated accounts, void all related Wagers, and permanently forfeit any balances held therein.

uuok11 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from a Player's failure to maintain the security of their login credentials. Account credentials must not be shared with or transferred to any third party under any circumstances.
uuok11 reserves the right to refuse registration to any applicant at its sole discretion and without providing a reason for such refusal.
All financial transactions on the uuok11 Platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The following payment methods are currently supported for deposits and withdrawals: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. uuok11 reserves the right to add, modify, or remove supported payment methods at any time without prior notice.
Deposits: The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. Deposits are credited to a Player's Wallet upon successful confirmation by the relevant payment provider. uuok11 does not charge fees on standard deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges, for which uuok11 accepts no responsibility.
Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are subject to a minimum amount of ৳500. Players must have successfully completed all applicable account verification steps before any withdrawal will be processed. uuok11 targets processing of verified withdrawal requests within 24–72 hours during standard business operations (BST); however, processing times may vary and are not guaranteed.
uuok11 reserves the right to request supporting documentation before processing any withdrawal, including but not limited to proof of identity, proof of payment method, and evidence of transaction history, as part of its anti-money-laundering and Know Your Customer obligations.
Funds may only be withdrawn to the same payment method used for the original deposit, where technically feasible. uuok11 reserves the right to apply alternative withdrawal channels at its discretion where the original method is unavailable.
Players must not use the uuok11 Platform as a funds transfer or currency exchange mechanism. Depositing funds without placing genuine Wagers, followed by requesting withdrawal, constitutes a violation of these Terms and may result in account suspension and reporting to relevant financial authorities.
uuok11 may from time to time offer Bonus Funds, free spins, cashback credits, reload bonuses, and other promotional incentives to eligible Players. All such offers are subject to the specific terms published at the time of the promotion, including wagering requirements, minimum odds, game restrictions, expiry dates, and maximum withdrawal limits derived from bonus winnings.

The uuok11 Platform offers a range of casino games and sports betting markets. Each product category is governed by the following general rules in addition to any product-specific rules published on the Platform:

Settlement of sports Wagers is conducted in accordance with the official result declared by the relevant governing body (ICC, BCB, FIFA, or equivalent). In the event of event cancellation, postponement, or abandonment, uuok11's specific settlement rules for each sport shall apply.
General Betting Rules:
uuok11 is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices across its entire player base. The Platform provides a suite of tools designed to help Players manage their gaming activity, including deposit limits (daily, weekly, and monthly), session time limits, self-exclusion, and temporary cooling-off periods. These tools are accessible via the Account settings panel and can be activated by the Player at any time.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions shall exclude or limit uuok11's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any liability that cannot be excluded by applicable law.
uuok11 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to Players via a notice displayed on the Platform or by email to the address registered with the Player's Account, with a minimum of 7 calendar days' notice where reasonably practicable.
